This position only develops our instructors on how to tutor effectively
Our tutors operate autonomously, without collaborating closely with Scholastic Success management
Tutoring equates to clarifying academic concepts
Instructors have little interaction with parents
Students are usually motivated enough to do the necessary, hard work
An instructor's value is quantified mostly by their student's grades/scores
An academically proficient tutor is a prepared tutor
Customer is always right
In regards to the misconceptions above, these notions do not accurately describe Scholastic Success and our instructors.
